After a Little While

We are waiting, we are waiting

Here in hope, anticipating

The God of all Grace will see our trial

After we have suffered  a little while.

How long Oh Lord will I cry

How long oh Lord I wonder how why

You seem to hold back and delay

In afflictions midst

Can make sense of this

I can’t see beyond this pain so help me pray

But after a little while we are made pure

After a little while We will endure

And after a little while, Christ will restore

Strengthen for this term

Establish and confirm

Call us to His glory forevermore.

Then I will stand in awe

As you abolish every flaw

You are the God of every Grace

Past and future and in this place

And from this inexhaustible Grace you send

What we need to endure to the end

But after a little while we are made pure

After a little while We will endure

And after a little while, Christ will restore

Strengthen for this term
