Magnificent Merciful Marvelous Lord

From generation to generation,
From age to age the same,
His mercy is for those who fear Him
And holy is His name.

My soul magnifies the Lord
And my spirit rejoices and sings.
You exalt those of humble estate,
You fill the hungry with good things.

I love you more than a tongue can tell,
Magnificent merciful marvelous Lord!
In Your presence I would dwell
Magnificent merciful marvelous Lord

You bring down the mighty from their thrones
And scatter the proud in their thoughts.
The rich You have sent away empty,
But the humble and needy you`ve sought.

The merciful will receive mercy,
Our magnificent master will bless
The heart that is humble before Him
The contrite who His name confess.

I love you more than a tongue can tell
Magnificent merciful marvelous Lord!
In Your presence I would dwell
Magnificent merciful marvelous Lord
Magnificent merciful marvelous Lord
Magnificent merciful marvelous Lord
