Shadows to Reality (Make it Real)

You make your promises real to us
The promises you secured
When in your blood we place our trust
What you  fulfilled will now endure
Our inner transformation
Works in us through faith each day
We trust in Christ with jubilation
For all He’s making from this clay
For all we are  and all we’ll be
His Spirit forms our destiny
For in Him, and through Him we see
That he will make His work complete
Till we stand before His mercy seat.
Purchased by the blood of Christ
Effected by the Spirit
Appropriate the sacrifice
By faith as you draw near it.
He works in us what pleases Him
As He writes His law on hearts
Equipped for good works we begin
To do His will and do our parts
For all we are  and all we’ll be
His Spirit forms our destiny
For in Him, and through Him we see
That he will make His work complete
Till we stand before His mercy seat.
He replaces shadows with Reality,
Then to his people makes it real.
His gifts are not laid under a tree
But in our hearts and minds they’re sealed.
For You assure us all at length
We are your children  and heirs
We depend not on our own strength
But on the Truth your Word declares!
For all we are  and all we’ll be
