Great Great Glory

Lord open our eyes, and show us the light

Of the gospel of the Glory of Christ

Now out of the darkness, Lord let it shine

For the image of God in Christ we find

Your glorious light in our hearts has shown

To illuminate all that can be known

Of the glory of God in Jesus’ face

Lord, unveil the mirror and give us Grace

Oh the great great glory of the One true light

From whom grace upon grace we have received

We are children of God if we believe!

We have this treasure in vessels of clay

Where your great glory is now on display

You show that the power here in our dust

Belongs alone to God and not to us

For we have seen His glory in His face

Full of glory and truth and full of grace

The glory as of the Begotten Son

For He alone is the all-glo’rious One
