Mighty Miracles

O let our lips and lives express

The holy gospel we profess;

Our works and virtues are the proof

As we boldly declare the Truth.

Thus shall we best proclaim abroad

The honors of our Savior God;

When True salvation reigns within,

And Grace subdues the power of sin.

We are mighty miracles by living hope restored

Our broken vessels filled by God’s glorious Grace outpoured

Many shall see and hear

And turn to Him in holy fear

We are the declaration of the power of the Lord

Our fleshly sense must be denied,

Passion and envy, lust and pride;

While justice, mercy, truth, and love,

Our inward transformation prove.

Rejoicing bears our spirits up,

While we expect that blessed hope,

The bright appearance of the Lord,

And faith stands leaning on his word.

Now to the power of God supreme

Be everlasting honors raised

He saves our souls, we bless his name,

Now from our hearts he brings forth praise
