Fix Your Eyes

Fix your eyes on Christ, author of our faith

He will complete the work He has begun

He endured the cross scorning all its shame

So His Father’s perfect will  would be done

For the glory and the joy of the Father

And salvation for those who will believe 

He triumphed over evil, death and sin

In the second Adam faith is conceived

So He is now exalted above all 

For our hope of Salvation Jesus died

The name above all names on Him bestowed

Now with eternal glory glorified

With Christ eternal joy we will bear

We persevere for He is our reward

So fix your eyes on Jesus, keep them there
