Within Your Steadfast Love

You calm the storm within me

You shield from the storm without

You are the wisdom I need

You set me free from doubt

I am driven by strange winds

Tossed by the waves of fear

You’ll not break my bruised reed though it bends

Instead you will draw me near

You are my refuge and my shield

To your sheltering wings I will yield

For all my hopes and dreams are sealed

Within your steadfast love

You are the north star of my life

When I am wandering far

You are my peace in the midst of strife

My light within the dark

All through the wayfaring wilderness

My shepherd will guide me through
