Living, Dying, Buried, Rising

Living He loved me
Called me his child
Spoke the word of life to me
Said that we are reconciled

Dying he took my place
My punishment he received
The penalty for sin was erased
For all who believe.

Buried to took away my sin
Down to the grave it was taken
So that a new life could begin
He was sealed in tomb, forsaken.

But rising  from that stone cold grave
Jesus showed he was mighty to save
The slain lamb is standing alive evermore
Now the lamb is the lion -Hear Him roar!

Living he loved me, dying he saved me
Buried he carried my sins far away
Rising he justified freely forever
One day he’s coming, oh glorious day!
