Prepare Your Minds

Prepare your minds, prepare your hearts

The call to action is a call to start

With sober spirit, run the race

Based on a hope that is fixed on grace.

So in obedience, like a child

You will and God’s are reconciled.

You life to holiness conformed

Not to desires you knew before

So in obedience to the truth

You see your souls be purified

With a sincere love of all

Of those for whom Christ died

Obedience and reverence

Beget compassionate love

Obedience in obscurity

To become insignificant enough.

And so to Christ be set apart

So He completely owns your heart

Then in your weakness you are strong

And you will sing salvation’s song

The Eye of the Lord

You came to seek and save

Your eye is on the least

You see the innermost part of me

And set me as a priest

Unto my God, Unto my God

So in my desolation

In my grief and pain
