We Will Magnify Our Glorious Savior

We will magnify our glorious Savior
We will exalt His marvelous Name
For all of us who rest in His favor
His magnificence we shall ever proclaim!

We will magnify our glorious Savior
We will testify to His mercy and Grace
Now our trust in Him never shall waiver
For He Is the very Truth we  embrace

Bridge
We will magnify His lovingkindness
And make His mighty deeds known
Let His praise continually flow from our lips
As we bow down before His Throne

We will magnify our Glorious Savior
We shall heed His Word and answer His call
As we taste and see His goodness we savor
His sovereignty rules over all!
His sovereignty rules over all!

Come Again

You came in weakness, unhonored
Unnoticed and scarcely known
You came and you were not received
Rejected by your very own

You will come again in strength
And royal dignity
With the hosts of heaven
Your angelic army

To be worshipped by all peoples
Worshipped and recognized
Lord stir my heart with gratitude
And awe as glory fills the skies

May my faith be wholehearted
May my heart be wise and bold
Like the shepherds and the wise me
May we make your good news told

Help us love and serve you
All our lives for all our days
Or serve you till you come again
Make glorious your praise

God of God

God of God
Placed in the virgin’s womb
So that we might see the face of God
God of God
Come to make an empty tomb
Put on flesh to wield a staff and Rod
Come shed your glory abroad!

God of God
Light of Light eternal
Lo he does not shun the virgin’s womb
Son of the Father, begotten, not created
Oh come let us adore Him, Christ the Lord!

God of God
Come to secure the devil’s doom
And reveal this world’s façade.
God of God
In our hearts make a holy room
Where we may sup with our God
Come shed your glory abroad!

God of God
Light of Light eternal
Lo he does not shun the virgin’s womb
Son of the Father, begotten, not created
Oh come let us adore Him, Christ the Lord!

The Least, The Last, The Lost

My Lord came down
To a little town
The least of Judah’s clans
In the least of these
His brothers He sees
And with them He shall stand

My Lord came down
To those of no renown
And the first He declared last
For the last in line
He seeks and will find
The shunned and the outcast.

My Lord came down
Laid aside His crown
Came to seek and save the lost
He humbled himself
Put aside His wealth
And was obedient to death on a cross

For the least, the last, the lost
He paid redemption’s cost
The humble and contrite
Heart  will walk in the light
When from death to life they’ve crossed

Bridge
The incarnation’s price-Is a final sacrifice
But the cross will yield a crown.
When mercy and grace-Shall reign in this place
Then the prisoners are unbound
The least and the worst-And the last shall be first
And the lost will then be found

For the least, the last, the lost
He paid redemption’s cost
The humble and contrite
Heart  will walk in the light
When from death to life they’ve crossed

One

We are one flock with One Shepherd.
We are one kingdom with one King.
We are one set of branches on one Vine.
And we are perfected by One offering!

We are one family with one Father.
We are one building with one Foundation.
We are one body with one Head
God is One and One God for the Nations

Bridge
Because Christ is in God and Christ is in Us
We are one with the Father and in this we trust

There is One Lord, one faith, and one baptism
One God and Father of All
There is one body and there is one Spirit —
There is  one hope that belongs to your call

Answer His Call

Trust in His timing-Believe His salvation
Rest in His presence-Abide in His Word
Rejoice in His goodness-Rely on His promises
Listen for His whispers-Of Truth you have heard.

He is our sure cure
He makes us endure
Our future’s secure
Answer His call
He is our providence
He is our confidence
He is our recompense
He is our All in All

Wait on His answers Ask for His mercies
Seek His forgiveness Walk in  His way
Love now his discipline Adhere to His precepts
Obey His commandments, For His  Grace pray

For His sheep hear his voice and will follow
There is no other choice but to follow
For following means freedom on the glorious path
Free from our selves and free from the wrath.
Free from the things we leave behind
Set free indeed a new future to find…

He is our sure cure
He makes us endure
Our future’s secure
Answer His call
He is our providence
He is our confidence
He is our recompense
He is our All in All
Answer His call!
He is our All in All

We Come to You

All our requests and all of our burdens
We bring to You
Many things we wish our hearts knew for certain
So we come to You

Comfort us as only You can
Lift us up and help us to stand
Uphold us with Your mighty hand
We come to You oh Lord!

All of our suffering and our shame
We bring to You
You meet us there in the midst of our pain
When we come to You

Heal us as only You can heal
Show us what only You can reveal
Show us the way that this world would conceal
We come to You oh Lord!

Bridge
We come to You
For only You have the life giving words
We come to You
For only You bear the truth to be heard
We come to You
Lord take us unto Your side
To live and to move and in You to abide

All our transgressions we come to repent
We come to You
For You bear sorrows, You hear our lament
We come to You

Forgive us as only You can forgive
Have mercy upon us and help us to live
Give us the grace that only You can give
We come to You oh Lord
We come to You oh Lord
We come to You oh Lord!

Christ Alone

The fellowship of suffering we enter in
For he alone was wounded deeply for our sins
He was crushed by Father for our iniquities
He bore our grief, carried our sorrows  and disease

By His wounds we are surely healed
When to His way we truly yield
The mystery of misery’s laid bare
And so we find the selfless Savior there

Christ alone still  bears the wounded hands  that heal us
Christ alone bore the penalty for all our crimes
Christ alone works all things together for our good
Christ alone is our stronghold in troubling times

In seasons of true suffering
The reasons for the sufferings
The realities the trials have revealed
May show a deeper trouble to be healed

Bridge
When you pass through the waters, Christ will be with you;
and when you pass through mighty rivers, you will not drown
When you walk through the fire, you will not be phased
The flames will not burn you up or set you ablaze

Christ alone still  bears the wounded hands  that heal us
Christ alone bore the penalty for all our crimes
Christ alone works all things together for our good
Christ alone is our stronghold in troubling times

Convict Us, Afflict Us

Blessed is the man that God reproves
In discipline His love’s revealed
He surely wounds but He binds up
He shatters but His hand heals!

Convict us, reprove us
This is our living sacrifice
Rebuke us, Afflict us
For it makes us more like Christ
For it will make us more like Christ

For our good and our holiness
His stead fast love will never cease
It yields a harvest of Righteousness
It yields a harvest of His peace.

Convict us, reprove us
This is our living sacrifice
If it makes us more like Christ
Rebuke us, Afflict us
For it makes us more like Christ
For it will make us more like Christ

The Gifts of Grace

The blessings of God’s Providence
 Provide the steadfast evidence
Raise  attitudes of gratitude
With eyes of faith God’s grace is viewed

We take the credit for  our gains
We take for granted what’s attained
To see what you alone provide
Lord, Take away our haughty  pride!

So now shake off the fearful guilt
Forsake the sands on which we’ve built
So realize the gifts of grace
Christ’s pardoning voice and embrace

As through our afflictions  and trials
We may pass for this little while
His truth in fresh ways He will speak
When we are meek and we are weak

He shows us what He is for us
When we walk by true faith and trust
Until it's deeply  understood
That God is good, He is so good!

So now shake off the fearful guilt
Forsake the sands on which we’ve built
So realize the gifts of grace
Christ’s pardoning voice and embrace

Lover of the Lowly

Lover of the lowly, mighty, wise and holy
You regard the humble and bring low the proud
Let our speech and anger come Slowly
A humble and contrite heart you’ll not cast out

Lover of the lowly we cling to you solely
All we are and ever hope to be
Is bound up in you as you possess us wholly
There is nothing we can do to be holy

Though Christ was rich He became poor
So that we in His poverty
Might become rich and prosperous
Se we know our  God is for us
To the praise of His glory
Open our eyes that we may see!

Lover of the humble, hold us as we stumble
We are never greater than when we bow our knee
Rebuke us when we’re haughty, Convict us when we grumble
Take away our pride and set us captives free

Though Christ was rich He became poor
So that we in His poverty
Might become rich and prosperous
So we know our  God is for us
To the praise of His glory
Open our eyes that we may see!

We Delight in You

We delight in you oh beautiful savior
We delight in your purchase of our souls
We delight that your obedience  reconciles
We delight in the Word that makes us wise and whole

But most of all Yes most of all
We delight in you We delight in You
We delight in You Our God
We delight in you
For you are faithful and true
We delight in You Our God

Overwhelming delight is in your salvation
We delight that you have conquered sin and death
We delight in your daily deliverance
Help us express our delight with every breath

Bridge
We run joyfully to you
As your love we learn to treasure
We delight to hear your voice anew
It pleases you that we find pleasure

We delight that we are kept in the beloved
We delight in your great show of righteousness
In the lifting of your Son it was demonstrated
We delight in the wonders of your blessedness

But most of all Yes most of all
We delight in you We delight in You
We delight in You Our God
We delight in you
For you are faithful and true
We delight in You Our God

Shake It Off

Take off the old man’s rags that you’ve been wearing
Put on the new man’s robes of righteousness
Cast of the guilt and shame that you’ve been bearing
Reckoning the truth that you confess.

Shake it off, shake it off
Shake off the burden you weren’t meant to bear
Take it off, take it off
Shake off the spirit the spirit of despair
Put on the crown of beauty and the garment of praise
Put away the ashes and stop your mournful gaze
Don’t live beneath your privilege  today

Take off the filthy rags of your self righteousness
Put on the holy armor, sword and shield
Put away your former life and that unholy mess
Put on Christ and take the battlefield!

Shake it off, shake it off
Shake off the burden you weren’t meant to bear
Take it off, take it off
Shake off the spirit the spirit of despair
Put on the crown of beauty and the garment of praise
Put away the ashes and stop your mournful gaze
Don’t live beneath your privilege  today

Wounded Worship (Lamentation)

Our lamentations weave garments of praise
Our visceral groanings the Spirit relays
When in utter dependence we fall on our face
When our groanings are given to the God of all grace

An eternal weight of glory will one day be ours
But they weigh so heavy in the troublesome hours
When the wounded worship it is without guile
Christ is with us there all the while

To mourn with joy over what was —
and gladly receive what is now and will be.
This is the mournful mystery
The wounded worship that sets us free
In the righteousness of Calvary.

Bridge
When pain brings crisis and death brings loss
Can all be offered up there at the cross
When we are fallen on our face
Our suffering souls cast headlong on grace

When devastated dreams are drawn
When friends forsake us and are gone
In affliction we learn His decrees
Freed from the bondage of comfort and ease.

In mourning and woe To bitterly weep
For the pain of a people as Sin’s harvest they reap
The God of consolation meets us on our knees
Consoles our souls and then our soul frees

To mourn with joy over what was —
and gladly receive what is now and will be.
This is the mournful mystery
The wounded worship that sets us free
In the righteousness of Calvary.

The Law of Love

This is the Truth for which you’ve sought
He is the one whom your soul has bought
Now grace will always be enough
For we live under His Law of Love.

The law of love will surely show the way
As we keep it we are kept by it day by day
We are compelled by gratitude
By the  power of His Grace sustained
Let this be our attitude
To live is Christ to die is gain

So we are free, free indeed
By His sacrifice we are freed.
Now on Earth as in Heaven above
We live under His Law of Love.

The law of love will surely show the way
If we keep it we are kept by it day by day
We are compelled by gratitude
By the  power of His Grace sustaines
Let this be our attitude
To live is Christ to die is gain

No greater love have we ever known
Than the Love of Christ that He has shown
His love the solution and the source thereof
So we come to learn the law of Love
Lord let us live the Law of Love
Lord let us live the Law of Love.

So we are free, free indeed
By His sacrifice we are freed.
Now on Earth as in Heaven above
We live under His Law of Love.

Hear the Voice of Jesus

Hear the voice of Jesus-listen close to hear
For His sheep hear His voice- They follow and draw near.
Hear the voice of Jesus oe’r the din he shouts
All the noise of this world can never drown Him out

For lo He speaks of Judgment And  then He speaks of peace
A rod of woe for His enemies And a key for the captive’s release

This is the voice that will raise the dead
That drew the lame man from his bed
This is the voice that rebukes Sin
But you’ll never hear Him say “It is Finished” again.

For lo He speaks of Judgment And  then He speaks of peace
A rod of woe for His enemies And a key for the captive’s release

Hear the voice of Jesus Speaking woe to men
His love they have rejected- and would rather love their sin
Hear the voice of Jesus Hear and heed His call
Feel the Father draw you To yield to Him your all.

For lo He speaks of Judgment And  then He speaks of peace
A rod of woe for His enemies And a key for the captive’s release
