Beat with Your mercy

From your mercy seat

Where you write Your word

Take Your stylus and write

The word of Your wonder

That gives me Your light

Stir up the embers

Into holy fire

Consume all my passions

And worldly desires

You have come to fill

This heart with your Spirit

Help me do Your will

Turn my heart toward you

Like a flowing stream

Till love and compassion

Reign in me supreme
