This is the Way

Christ bore our sins

In His body on the tree

Christ bore our sins

And so from Sin has set us free

The just and justifier

He shows his righteousness

Author and sanctifier

Perfects our faith so we are blessed

This is the way -That His glory is shown

This is the way-That gives to the Son

This is the way-The salvation’s work is done

This is the way-Walk in it-This is the way

Christ bore our sins

Became very sin for us

This sinless lamb

In His sacrifice we trust

The sin that bound our souls

In His flesh God has condemned

Now there is no condemnation

For those who believe in Him

This is the way -That His glory is shown

This is the way-That gives to the Son

This is the way-The salvation’s work is done

This is the way-Walk in it-This is the way

Christ bore our sins

And so was made sin for us

Though he knew no sin

So we become his righteousness

If  we are have been united

With him in a death like His

We shall surely be united

In resurrection life like His

This is the way -That His glory is shown

This is the way-That gives to the Son

This is the way-The salvation’s work is done

This is the way-Walk in it-This is the way
