Made to Marvel

From before the worlds foundation, to include us in You story,

To work thru us, unfinished business was the plan

We form the fruit of righteousness and participate in glory

Till Christ returns to consummate the work that He began

Placed in the second Adam we become more than we can be

with his mighty angels in flaming fire, we now anticipate

The Lord Jesus revealed from heaven so that all can see

he will come back to be glorified by all His saints who wait

We were made to marvel as Gods mercies are applied

We were made to marvel at what we come to be

We were made to marvel so that he is glorified

Glorified in us for all the world to see

As we begin the neverending, perfect marvelling

The destiny of our joy will be attained

Nothing is more marvelous than our returning King

When the destiny of his glory will be gained

Your plan is that we fill up what what your work lacked

To go to every tribe and tongue with the good news

To proclaim that you are coming back

And there is much to gain and much to lose

Lord help us obey, this is what we pray

Lord come quickly as for you we yearn.

Help us Lord to wait -as we anticipate

Help us to be prepared for your return
