Open Your Eyes

The branch cannot bear fruit of itself,

Except it abide in the vine

So it is with us  unless we abide

With heart and soul and our mind

Open your eyes to who Christ is

if you would love him more

Never lose sight of this grand truth

You must abide in  the Lord

For Jesus must be the wellspring

The source of our holiness

Jesus is the rock of our faith

The true rock of righteousness

Open your eyes to who Christ is

if you would love him more

Never lose sight of this grand truth

You must abide in  the Lord

Precious Lord Jesus

Nothing is so sanctifying

As precious communion with Christ

A deep knowledge of the Lord Jesus

Is better than any sacrifice

Because of his work he is precious

And precious he ought to be

He has called us and quickened and washed us

And justified, we are set free

Open your eyes to who Christ is

If you would love him more

Never lose sight of this precious truth

You must always abide in the Lord

He is Precious for what he is doing

As he strengthens and intercedes

He is ever sympathizing

He is ever meeting our needs

He is precious for what he will do yet

He will harvest all that he has sown

At the end of days he will raise us

And present us faultless before the throne

For Love is a person
Joy has a face

Study to know Him

He is Full of Truth and Grace

Open your eyes to who Christ is

If you would love him more

Never lose sight of this precious truth

You must always abide in the Lord

Formed In the Quiet

God works for those who wait on Him

He settles the soul when times look grim

"Peace, be still" is His command

Your confidence is in His hands

Sit still  before the Lord and wait

In a patient and trusting State

Be dependent humble and content

From pride and striving now relent

Be still and know

Be still and know

Be still and know

That God is God

When the world around you is in riot

Remember we are formed in the quiet.

Stop all the striving in your soul

And recognize God is in control

You shall be saved by returning and rest

Let go of frustration and you will be blessed

He works for those who wait on Him

He settles the soul when times look grim

Peace be still is His command

Your confidence is in His hands

Breaker King

Christ will march out like a champion

Stirred up in His zeal

Victorious over evil

His sword shall be revealed

The powers shall be disarmed

He makes war in righteousness

The unrepentant are forewarned

A bloody robe shall be his dress

Of our Captain of Salvation we shall sing

Taking every thought captive to our Breaker King

The Lord God is our warrior

He shouts the battle cry

We follow now our leader

As the battle rages high

Of our Captain of Salvation we shall sing

Take every thought captive to our Breaker King

Sing a Song of Anger

Sing a song of anger

The righteous, holy kind

On the edge of danger

Discern to speak your mind

More than indignation

More than rampant stress

A Holy conflagration

Then lay it down to rest

Sing a song of anger

And then just dare to act

A soldier dare not linger

If the call is to attack

Don the righteous armor

Find a place to stand

Wield the sword with ardor

Flaming in your hand

Sing a song of anger

Where the good fight is found

Strive with righteous rancor

By right conviction bound

Let arguments be torn down

Demolish Satan‘s hordes

Occupy the holy high ground

For the battle is the Lord’s

Our Refuge is Jesus (Look to the Cross)

We have taken refuge

Under the Blood of Jesus

There is no condemnation

For the blood frees us

For it is through the holy blood

That the Father sees us

Bless the Lord for the bloody cross

For our refuge is Jesus

Look to the cross where his mercy and justice merge

Where glory and wonder together abide

Look to the cross where beauty and grace converge

Here your deepest joy is satisfied

There to savor the Savior is our greatest urge

Look to the cross where our Savior died

Look to the cross where our Lord was glorified…

We have taken refuge

Under the blood of Jesus

Look where he for our sins atoned

For the blood now frees us

Free from wrath and free from Sin

Clean now, the Father sees us

We abide in his Love secure

For our refuge is Jesus

Look to the cross where his mercy and justice merge

Where glory and wonder together abide

Look to the cross where beauty and grace converge

Here your deepest joy is satisfied

There to savor the Savior is our greatest urge

Look to the cross where our Savior died

Look to the cross where our Lord was glorified…

The Lord of Light is Our Delight

The Lord of light is our delight

His glory fills our heart

‘Tis  shed abroad through depths and heights

Behold his works of art

The Lord of light is our delight

He shines within our soul

He takes our wrongs and makes them right

And makes our spirits whole

The Lord of light is our delight

His radiance fills our minds

And Satan will take up his flight

When worship there he finds

Bridge:

In you, there is no darkness at all

Oh, light of the world on our knees we fall

You are our light and our salvation

Light our lives in celebration!

Till that day when there be no sun

For the light of heaven You have become

The Lord of light is our delight

Our temple He indwells

We bear His image in this dark night

Our works His gospel tells.

The Lord of Light is our delight

His Word, a lamp to our feet

He lights our pathway in this fight

Till the sojourn is complete

The Lord of light is our delight

Our hearts, spirits, souls and minds

Empowered, we remain contrite

As through our life, He shines

Delight Yourself in the Lord of Glory

The heavens declare the glory of God

If you have the eyes to see

If you have only the ears to hear

You will hear love's symphony

God is Glorious, hear the refrain

God is Glorious, lift up His name

The heavens and earth together proclaim

God is Glorious

God is Glorious

He is worthy to be adored

Delight yourself in the Glory of the Lord

The whole earth proclaims the glory of God

If you will apprehend

The peoples give voice to the praise of his glory

This is their one  chief end

God is Glorious, hear the refrain

God is Glorious, lift up His name

The heavens and earth together proclaim

God is Glorious

God is Glorious

He is worthy to be adored

Delight yourself in the Glory of the Lord

Day pours forth speech

To all who will listen

Night pours forth knowledge

To all who would know

God speaks in great voids

And in stars that glisten

His Word goes forth

Wherever Truth goes

To those who walk in the light

His glory is their greatest delight

God is Glorious, hear the refrain

God is Glorious, lift up His name

The heavens and earth together proclaim

God is Glorious

God is Glorious

He is worthy to be adored

Delight yourself in the Glory of the Lord
