Plank

I got a plank in my eye

I need to remove it

I just can’t deny

My actions have proved it

I’m prone to see specks

In each eye that I see

My hard heart detects

Things I can’t see in me

When oh when will I learn

To repent of my heart?

Its up to me to discern

Then helping others can start

Chorus

But for the grace of God, there go I

And it is by God’s grace alone

That I am not left in pride and sin to die

Its all of the mercy he’s shown

 Bridge

But if I confess I am one unholy mess

He will not forsake me i know

Though I don’t deserve his kingdom to serve

All to Jesus my Savior I owe.

But for the grace of God, there go I

And it is by God’s grace alone

That I am not left in pride and sin to die

Its all of the mercy he’s shown

No Eye Has Seen, No Ear Has Heard

Wonderful things marvelous things

Are prepared for those who love Christ

Beyond our wildest imaginings

Who can comprehend paradise?

All of the glory the mind can conceive

Falls short of what God has prepared

The plans and the truths we fail to perceive

There’s Nothing that can be compared

Before Him, Of Him and in him are all the blessings

In heavenly places- they are found in Him

From Him and through Him and to Him are all things

He holds all things together, Amen!

To Him be glory forever, Amen!

No eye has seen, no ear has heard

Of the spiritual blessings we’ll see

God promises this and more in His word

In Christ it is reality!

Before Him, Of Him and in him are all the blessings

In heavenly places- they are found in Him

From Him and through Him and to Him are all things

He holds all things together, Amen!

To Him be glory forever, Amen!
