How Much I Owe

When this passing world is done,
When has sunk yon glaring sun;
When I stand with Christ in glory,
Looking o’er life’s finished story,
Then, Lord, shall I fully know—
not till then, how much I owe.

Every ounce of faith, he has given
Every moment granted is a grace
Every failure he has now forgiven
Every hope to which I set my face
Every good work that has found His favor
All I am and ever hope to be
I will only boast in Christ my savior
For it is not I but Christ in me

When I stand before the throne,
Dressed in beauty not my own;
When I see Thee as Thou art,
Love Thee with un-sinning heart;
Then, Lord, shall I fully know,
not till then, how much I owe.

All to Christ I owe, all to Christ I owe
Whatever I do and wherever I go
All to Christ All to Him I owe

Every ounce of faith, he has given
Every moment granted is a grace
Every failure he has now forgiven
Every hope to which I set my face
Every good work that has found His favor
All I am and ever hope to be
I will only boast in Christ my savior
For it is not I but Christ in me

Jesus My Redeemer

Oh Jesus my redeemer
There is no other name that saves
Oh Jesus my redeemer
There is none other who overcomes the grave
So I will cling to Jesus my redeemer
I will cling and know he holds me fast
I ‘ll enjoy his embrace
Till we meet face to face
When I stand before His throne at last.

Oh Jesus my redeemer
You are the one who bought  and freed this slave
Oh Jesus my redeemer
You are the Lord of this new life you gave
So I will trust in Jesus my redeemer
I will boast in Him, and Him alone
I will cast my crowns and cares
At his feet and leave them there
Then I’ll know as surely as I’m known.

He is my priest and intercessor
He is my advocate on high
So I will trust my only hope and savior
And if I live for him I’ll never die.

Oh Jesus my redeemer
You paid the cost  that set us free from sin
Oh Jesus my redeemer
When we were lost  you sought and drew us in.
So I will worship Jesus  my redeemer
And his worth forever I’ll proclaim
Bought by His sacrifice
Now his grace shall suffice
To the praise and glory of His name.

Our Adonai

Almighty most Holy God
You are the One our hearts applaud
Give wings to our words Oh Lord that we might
See hearts set ablaze with your glorious light…
Omniscient, magnificent Lord
You are the One our minds adore
Here in your presence we would bask
This blessing is more than we can think or ask

Oh our Adonai-It is to you our spirits fly
Draw us  to your holy flame
For the sake of your great name
Oh our Adonai-Oh our Adonai.

Sovereign savior and King
You are the One who makes our souls sing
In you we trust as our infintite treasure
Our hope and prayer is that we bring you pleasure.
Teach us oh Spirit divine
Come like a fire our flesh to refine
Cleanse this tabernacle and dwell
To guard us  from Sin and Temptation and Hell.

Oh our Adonai-It is to you our spirits fly
Draw us  to your holy flame
For the sake of your great name
Oh our Adonai-Oh our Adonai.

Bridge
Cover us, oh God triune
Come quickly Lord and come soon
Pray, Father and Spirit and Son
Keep us till your work is done.

Oh our Adonai-It is to you our spirits fly
Draw us  to your holy flame
For the sake of your great name
Oh our Adonai-Oh our Adonai.

The Hallowed Hammer

Hosea 6:1 Come, let us return to the Lord; for he has torn us, that he may heal us; he has struck us down, and he will bind us up.

Being crushed is never easy-Being broken is required
To be formed into Christ’s likeness-Reckon with what you’ve desired
When you been deformed, misshapen-By the devil world and flesh
By God’s grace be overtaken-He’ll reform your life afresh

But there’s pain upon the anvil-As God beats a self to death
In the crushing there’s a whisper-For the hammer is God’s breath
As he breathes into the vessel-A life-giving change of mind
He has torn us, he will heal us-What he breaks he’ll surely bind

By his flames we must be tempered-For we’re fashioned by the fire
Though struck down upon His anvil-He becomes our true desire
There is mercy in the moulding-There‘s a blueprint for His grace
As we’re conformed to Christ’s image-Then our likeness is replaced

Crushed by the weight of glory-By the holy hammerstrike
He will smite us for our good as he reveals what we are like.
By the holy hammer we are forged Into  noble forms
Beaten into beauty in the midst of gracious storms…

There’s compassion in the crushing There’s forgiveness in the fire
When the holy heavy hammer Strikes us down it lifts us higher
Our souls’ goldsmith refines us by his ardor and His blows
Into what shape he’ll reform us, only highest heaven knows.
