Satisfied

The thirst of our souls is satisfied

The desires of our hearts are fulfilled

At the end of our quest where we shall abide

In the center of God’s perfect will.

In His very presence we all shall remain

Where the pleasure of sin’s nullified

By His Glory and Grace we shall be sustained

As He draws us all close to His side

The deepest longing of  souls who believe

Are satisfied with what we obtain 

When we drink of this water our thirst is relieved

And we’ll never be thirsty again

The inexhaustible fountain flows free

So we’re freed from what has deceived

Illusions that captivate you and me

Are cast out if we only believe

Yes the deepest longing of souls who believe

Are satisfied with what we obtain 

When we drink of this water our thirst is relieved

And we’ll never be thirsty again

We’ll never be thirsty again.
