Immortal Crowns

Oh God the only wise give ear
Our Savior and our King,
Let all the saints who sojourn here
Their humble praises bring.
'Tis his almighty mercy
His counsel, and' his care,
Preserves us safe from sin and death,
And every secret snare.

To our Redeemer, God, Wisdom and power belongs,
Immortal crowns of majesty, And everlasting songs.

He will present our souls,
Unblemished and complete,
Before the glory of his face,
When at last we meet
Then all the chosen seed
Shall gather round the throne,
Shall bless the wonders of his grace,
And make his marvels known.

To our Redeemer, God, Wisdom and power belongs,
Immortal crowns of majesty, And everlasting songs.

All our immortal hopes have led
To thee, our surety and our head;
Thy cross, thy cradle, and thy throne,
Are big with glories yet unknown.

To our Redeemer, God, Wisdom and power belongs,
Immortal crowns of majesty, And everlasting songs.
