Dominion

Sovereign ruler of all things

With your sword true peace you bring

You govern the world now reign in me

Turn my heart as I bend the knee

No more let sin or Satan reign

Over flesh no power shall gain

The lusts we served before

They have dominion now no more.

You wrecked the rule of Satan

You broke the power of sin.

Power and dominion are due

The Savior of lost men.

While we are giv'n a resting place

Your enemies are crushed , disgraced

Become the footstool of your throne

And brought low to depths unknown.

The government of earth and seas

His wide dominions still increase,

Upon his shoulders they are laid;

All honors to his name be paid.
