Home is our dearest dwellingplace
A place where we find respite from the race
Home is the pilgrim’s point of grace
At home is our comfort complete
We can shut out the world and in silence rest
Our souls dwell secure and we know we are blessed
A place of relief when we are oppressed
Home is shelter and a retreat.
Home is where the heart is found
God is our homeplace, so were homeward bound
A refuge from this world's battleground
Is ours when in God we abide
Here in the starry quiet set apart
God is the homeplace
of our heart
Here in His presence we shall never part
In the shelter of His wings we hide.
Home is where we live
and move-We have our being there
A place where we can stand
approved-A place of peace for our welfare
We have a home that
can’t be improved- safe in our Father’s care,
We are at home in You
Lord-We are at home in You!
At home in God we take our rest- He is the place where we
end our quest
At home in Him we are truly blessed-Lord we are at home in
You!
God is our residence and our retreat
A fortress secure, sanctuary that’s sweet
And home’s drawing closer with every heartbeat
We long to see our Father’s face!
He is the place where our souls dwell secure
In deepest delight and in Hope that is sure
In Him and through Him we shall endure
The eternal God is our dwelling place.
At home in God we take our rest- He is the place where we
end our quest
At home in Him we’re truly blessed-Lord we are at home in
You!(Repeat)
