Breathe deep the breath of life
And breathing you shall live
The Spirit of Christ indwells us
And sustains the life He gives.
Break now the bread of life
And eating you shall live
The body of Christ receives us
And returns the life we give.
Our hearts now beat
Our minds will learn
His strength we seek
As our souls yearn
For the very breath of life
