Now and for
forevermore
The Grace and Mercy
of the Lord
Shall be our portion
and our peace
So shall our praises
never cease.
The LORD of All
works steadfast love
His justice to the
Earth He brings
Righteousness flows
from Heaven above
He finds delight in
all these things!
This, this is the
heart of grace
Mercy and
forgiveness- will all our guilt replace
The lovingkindness
of our King
Will make us living
offerings
There is now no need
to plead our case
For this is this is
the heart of grace!
Our souls shall fear
and trust the Lord
We on whom His grace
is outpoured
Life to life and
death to death
His finished work
becomes our rest.
Bridge: Faith by its
very nature
All boasting
nullifies
Wherever faith
looks, it sees grace
Behind every
praiseworthy act it lies.
This, this is the
heart of grace
Mercy and

In God alone we make
our boast
We understand and
know God’s worth
The Father Son and
Holy Ghost
Work His Wonders in
the Earth
The heart of faith,
it cannot boast,
Except and only in
the Lord.
The author of grace
is the Lord of hosts
Who is worthy to be
adored!
