We gather to part ways and part ways to reunite,
In service to our King.
The chosen ones are set apart,
As living offerings.
Bought with a price we’re not our own,
We live as a living sacrifice.
This yields joys we’ve never known,
If we are found in Christ.
Peace beyond all understanding,
Joy beyond what this world affords,
Love is our life commanding,
The patient kindness of our Lord.
We sing his precious goodness,
For Faithful is his fruit.
The gentle savior we confess,
A sound mind attends our pursuit.
And so, we are forever bound,
As branches of the vine.
As we grow up in holy ground,
A unity of Christ is found.
Now, in this one anotherness,
Together or apart
In union with our Lord were blessed
with one faith and one heart
