Behold the Glory

Lord let my soul for ever lie
Beneath the blessings of your eye;
'Tis heav'n on earth, 'tis heav'n above,
To see your face and taste your love.

Jesus, our Savior and our God,
Arrayed in majesty and blood,
You are our life; our souls in you
Possess  horizons ever new!

Chorus:
Behold the glory  so complete
In your presence, at your feet
Boldly I stand before Your throne
My confidence in Christ alone.

All our immortal hopes are laid
In you, our surety and our head;
Your cross, your cradle, and your throne,
Are great with glories yet unknown.

For ever blessed be thy grace
That guides me as I run this race,
The grace that formed my soul anew,
My goal: Your glory to pursue.

Chorus:
Behold the glory  so complete
In your presence, at your feet
Boldly I stand before Your throne
My confidence in Christ alone.
