Simple Offering

When I look to the cruel cross

To see my Savior on the tree

I reckon what my sin has cost

And what He did to set me free

You were forsaken, I'm forgiven

Hanging there you scorned the shame

God turned his face- your heart was riven

Mine was the Sin that you became

I will declare Christ crucified 

In Christ alone I'll make my boast

It was for his children that he died

And saved us to the uttermost

Holy love my life and light

In you I live in you I move

There is no depth there is no height

That can separate from this love

All that I am to you I bring

Aa living, willing sacrifice

This is my simple offering

Surrendered to my Lord and Christ
