We Are the Branches of the Living Vine

We are the branches of the Living Vine

The life that flows through us is the life divine

So in and through us from the righteous root

We will produce much good fruit

Then hungry souls will come to us to dine

Lord You the vine, we are the branches

We find our soul’s source in You

You are the vine, we are the branches

Keep us abiding in You

The Spirit yields fresh fruit for us to bear

A righteous yield- sweet beyond compare

So love and joy and peace

Will grow and increase

And from the harvest a feast Christ shall prepare

Bridge

Sweet flow of the maple-Grapes for sweet wine

Olives to be crushed for their oil

Grain in the harvest-Fruits of the vine

Spring from the Lord’s fertile soil

Lord You the vine, we are the branches

We find our soul’s source in You

You are the vine, we are the branches

Keep us abiding in You

Lord You the vine, we are the branches

We find our soul’s source in You

You are the vine, we are the branches

Keep us abiding in You

When You Hear the Rivers’ Laughter

For in joy you shall go out

And be led back in peace

All the trees of the field shall shout

They’ll clap their hands and never cease

When you hear the rivers' laughter

When you hear the woodlands' song

And you feel the mountains tremble

And the waters dance along

All the earth is no longer groaning

But rings forth a joyous chord

Know the day of days is dawning

At the returning of the Lord

Then the mountains and the hills

Before you shall burst into song,

So now rejoice ye rocks and rills

And the mountain shall sing along

Bridge

Oh, that You would rend

The heavens and come down,

And in your glory descend

As mountains tremble, quakes abound

Then the waters roar and foam

When you come back on that day

When you come to take us home

When you hear the rivers’ laughter

When you hear the woodlands’ song

And you feel the mountains tremble

And the waters dance along

All the earth’s no longer groaning

But rings forth a joyous chord

Know the day of days is dawning

At the returning of the Lord

My Soul is Stayed on Jesus

My soul is stayed on Jesus

Where my new life begins

His mercy has released us

From bondage to our Sin

Delivered from all evil

By His blood we overcome

Kept through the world’s upheaval

Secured by God’s own Son

My soul is stayed on  Jesus

I trust in what He’s done

His finished work now frees us

He is the righteous One

The source of our salvation

His perfect righteousness

Upon this sure foundation

The weary take their rest

My soul is stayed on Jesus

My hope and confidence

Now sin and death can’t seize us

He is my sure defense

To build us up together

He gathers living stones

And then creates a dwelling

Reserved for him alone

My soul is stayed on Jesus

My light, my joy, my all

He healed my soul’s diseases

I’m ransomed from the Fall

His Name is a strong tower

Where to the righteous run

Where pardon and with power

Through Grace the battle’s won

My soul is stayed on Jesus

We take His bread and wine

For  in Christ, Abba sees us

Abiding in the Vine

So now in sweet communion

We’ll live and move and be

Forever in love’s union

In Joy eternally

We Shall Rise

There’s coming a day-When the promise is fulfilled

The Blessed Hope gives sway-Just as the Godhead willed

The dead in Christ-Will rise in rapture sweet

Grace has sufficed-So our Savior we shall greet

We shall rise, we shall rise

When Christ appears in the Eastern skies

We shall rise as the Glorious Bride

Because he died and arose-We shall rise

Because Christ arose, we shall rise

His resurrection power, death defies

The one who lives in Christ never dies

Because Christ arose, we shall rise

Then glorified-We all shall see his face

Then we’ll abide-Forever in his grace

For Christ has bled-And He has died for us

Rose from the dead-So his promise we trust

We shall rise, we shall rise

When Christ appears in the Eastern skies

We shall rise as the Glorious Bride

Because he died and arose-We shall rise

Because Christ arose, we shall rise

His resurrection power, death defies

The one who lives in Christ never dies

Because Christ arose, we shall rise

Bridge:The Glorious day-When we shall meet our King

Our crowns we’ll lay-And with the angels sing

Now our redemption is drawing nigh

With with no exemption-We all must die

To Self and Sin, then we shall be set free

Christ’s Kingdom reigns in us eternally

We shall rise, we shall rise

When Christ appears in the Eastern skies

We shall rise as the Glorious Bride

Because he died and arose-We shall rise

Because Christ arose, we shall rise

His resurrection power, death defies

The one who lives in Christ never dies

Because Christ arose, we shall rise

For Your Glory and My Good

Beneath a heavy darkness, there my sad soul and I stood

I thought I sought to find my way, but I must have misunderstood

Wondering and pondering about my present reality

My broken strength, my fragile heart, seemed nothing worked for me

But then You pulled back the curtain

And let Your light break through the veil

The majesty of who You are, making the truth certain

And I see the wisdom in the fact that you sometimes bid me fail

For Your glory and my good, it’s all for Your name’s sake

The cross reveals the greatest love, the path that I should take

In every tear, in every joy, Your promise stands secure

Your glory is my highest good, forever to endure.

The valley of the shadows becomes a fertile place

Where in every shadow wisdom grows and yields more Grace

My smoldering wick You did not quench, nor crush my bruised reed

But shaped the trial to match the cure, and meet my deepest need.

Bridge:

What a wonder, what a mystery, the goodness I have known

My joy is found in trusting in the One upon the throne

Where You reveal the secret things that can be understood

For when You reap Your full renown, I find my greatest good

For when You pull back the curtain

And let Your light break through the veil

The majesty of who You are, making the truth certain

And I see the wisdom in the fact that you sometimes bid me fail

For Your glory and my good, it’s all for Your name’s sake

The cross reveals the greatest love, the path that I should take

In every tear, in every joy, Your promise stands secure

Your glory is my highest good, forever to endure.

My Refuge and My Fortress

He who dwells in the shelter of the Most High

Will abide in the Almighty’s shadow

In the quiet of the morning, when the night draws nigh

I will not fear the snare nor the arrow

I will rest in refuge beneath His wings

For His faithfulness is my shield

I will not fear the terror the darkness brings

For the wicked, evil ones shall yield

Chorus

I will say of the Lord, I will confess

You are my refuge and my fortress

I say "My God, in You I trust"

You will save me from the unjust.

For my God in You I trust!

You command your angels concerning me

I’ll be borne up lest my foot strikes a stone

The recompense of the wicked I shall surely see

Your hosts protect me for His name by me is known

When the storms arise and shadows grow deep

No weapon can harm me, no terror will alarm

It’s Your hand that safeguards me while I sleep

For I’m held in the grip of Your mighty arm

Bridge : Under Your pinions, I find my home

My rock and my shield, my help from above

With You beside me, I’m never alone

I rest in the truth of Your unchanging love

Chorus

I will say of the Lord, I will confess

You are my refuge and my fortress

I say "My God, in You I trust"

You will save me from the unjust.

For my God in You I trust!

For my God in You I trust!

For my God in You I trust!

Psalm 91

Faultless

Faultless, I’ll stand faultless

Faultless before God’s Holy Throne

I will trust and obey

Until that wondrous day

For you said, then, we shall know as we are known

Guiltless I’ll stand guiltless

Clean before my Lord and purified

Washed from all my sins

By the blood forever cleansed

For Christ paid the cost and wrath is satisfied

Bridge:

And not one blemish shall he see

When Christ Jesus is formed in me

Conformed to his perfect purity

Standing by his merit I am free

Christ in me, the hope of Glory!

Blameless I’ll stand blameless

The faithful Lord imparts his righteousness

If we confess our sin

New mercies shall attend

Now justified, the Just One we shall bless

As we stand before His trhone in Holiness…
